I would thoroughly recommend The Academies Show to anyone employed in education
We came to the Academies Show this year because after last year’s success, we thought, this is the go-to place to meet the sort of people we want to tell about our business, we’ve got very strong holds in Surrey and Devon but we now want to talk to people beyond that Geography, and this seems to be the perfect place to talk to people from London and the South East and what we’ve been delighted with is that you’ve done really well to bring people in from other parts of the country and we’re having really high quality conversations.
A thoroughly enjoyable day providing easy access to expertise in all areas academies. The standard of seminars and help on offer from a multitude of suppliers was astonishing and of real help to providers of education in this country. I will definitely be back again next year.
It’s been a really relevant audience and I like the new education estates zone, and being local to all of the other education estates exhibitors, since it gives us a more captive audience for estates. The visitors coming to this area have estates in mind, so it’s more relevant for us. One of the most impressive things about the Show is that we’re speaking to a lot of decision makers, Business Managers, Bursars and Head Teachers.
We had the freedom to discuss what is important to our Academy with providers that were experts in their fields. A useful day without distractions of the usual day to day.
A good experience, clear and well informed presentations that dispel ‘myths’ and support reasoning behind potential conversion.
Great day out, new building ideas and initiatives
The Academies Show is a brilliant opportunity to hear speakers talk about education. There is something for everyone; governors, heads and teachers will all find something which will be of interest. It’s a great networking opportunity too as well as a chance to see and talk to various exhibitors.
The Academies Show is a good opportunity to hear from people across the sector who you might not normally meet. Whether you are a teacher, School Governor, work for an NGO or want to know about school providers – there is something there for you.
The Academies Show exceeded all of my expectations and objectives. It’s a fantastic forum to attend and share experiences with like minded people who are passionate about education and improving the future of our schools and education system.
The Show has been really good, we’ve met lots of new customers, lots of members of multi-academy trusts, so for us it’s really good to showcase our new products and new ranges to a wider customer base, particularly as we are trying to target academies at the moment.
The visitor audience overall has been really good, really high level, most of them are decision makers, Bursars, members of governing bodies, Head Teachers, Principals and CEOs, so it’s been really high calibre for us.
Very worthwhile event where we spoke to exactly the people we wanted to.
The Academies Show was an excellent opportunity to ask questions about conversion all under one roof. An impressive day.
The amount of information I received was well worth the time spent away from school.
An excellent opportunity to listen the some of educations most influential people and find out and share good practice. Not only was it free lunch and parking was provided. Very worthwhile.
A fantastic opportunity to learn about the challenges schools and academies face and what they are doing to overcome these. I was really impressed with the event and the varied array of seminars on offer. Extremely productive day
As a governor I found the Academies Show very helpful. It had the edge over other events in that it provided a wide range of sessions to choose from. I was able to build a programme of activities for the day that met my particular needs and for a change, I came away feeling very positive.
The Academies Show is an invaluable opportunity that serves many purposes. It brings together practitioners, scholars, dignitaries, and businesses that are interested in school-age education. It is comprehensive and a great platform for networking.
This was my first visit to the Academies Show in London. I wasn’t sure what to expect, or if I would find it useful. As it turned out, I thought it excellent, highly informative, useful for networking and gaining ideas, great to see what innovations in education are around and rewarding to listen to seminars run by experts. A very rewarding day.
The show is very well organised and informative. I have been to several now and it keeps improving and I get a lot out of the day.
I found the Academies Show very informative as we start the procedure toward Academy Conversion, I can see that once our conversion is complete I would still attend the show for the valuable information I could gain further down the line.
Another great year, it’s been good to see lots of schools considering conversion as well as existing academies. Lots of interesting questions raised and always a pleasure to bump into so many clients too.
The Academies Show is a very useful exhibition that provides schools with access to a large number of ‘Education’ tailored services under one roof!
The Academies Show has been really brilliant today, as it has been for the last two years, we’ve had a really good time speaking to new customers and seeing existing customers that we know quite well.
There are a lot of Head Teachers, a lot of Heads of IT as well, which is really good for us in our sector, it’s the kind of people we need to speak to, along with the general procurement visitors and governors as well, so it’s been a really good mix of visitors.
The Show is a really great opportunity to get in front of the right people, and because it’s so focused and specific around academies, it really does mean you get access to a market which is quite hard to delve into, so it’s been really good for us, great exposure and good to get to know more people outside of our customer base.
