Malcolm Reeve, the AET’s National Director of Education for Special Needs and Disabilities, has worked in the field of SEND for thirty years. In that time he has worked in adult provisions, mainstream schools and special schools. He has worked in with children throughout the age range and with learning difficulties ranging from moderate to profound.
Malcolm has been Headteacher of three schools and one federation. He was Chief Executive of Columbus School and College from its establishment to December 2012, leading it to Outstanding. Malcolm is a National Leader of Education and Chair of the Federation of Leaders in Special Education.
