I have not had my event badge in the post, what do I do?
Some visitors have notified us that they did not receive passes in the post – do not worry, if you are registered all you need to do is give your name at the registration desk at the event and we will be able to print you off a new pass.
Is the event free to attend?
Yes, the event is completely free for those who work in schools, higher or further education institutions, alternative providers, charities, voluntary organisations or social enterprises and the wider public sector.
Is there a cancellation charge?
If you are unable to attend you do not need to notify us and there is no cancellation charge. However, we encourage you to send a replacement to update you on the event.
When and where does the event take place?
The Academies Show London will take place on Wednesday 26th April 2017 at ExCeL London Exhibition and Convention Centre between 9.00am and 4:30pm.
How do I get there?
The ExCeL London Exhibition and Convention Centre is an easily accessible venue in the heart of South East London.

Can I bring my colleagues?
With so much on offer, we recommend registering your whole team so you are able to spread out and benefit from all the sessions relevant to your role.
I have lost my event badge – what do I do?
Do not worry, if you are registered to attend then you will need to give your name at the registration desk at the event and you will be able to print another badge for you.
Are all conference and seminars session free to attend?
Yes, all sessions are free to attend for registered visitors.
How do I pre-book my seat in the sessions of my choice?
The Conference theatre is seated on a first come first serve basis.
Seminar sessions operate using a ‘Save my seat’ policy – all you need to do is turn up at the seminar theatre of your choice an hour before the session takes place to collect your ‘Save My Seat’ ticket. The ticket guarantees you a seat for the seminar, just make sure you arrive at least 10 min before the session commences so you don’t miss out. Please note that should you not have arrived at the required time your seat will be given up to another delegate.
Will there be access to a cloak room?
Yes, the cloak room is free of charge for all visitors.
